With the gradual development of the construction of the Shanxi sintering project, there are more and more working faces of sintering and cooling equipment, and the construction teams are working frequently. The installation task of the Maike project department is also facing a major test. In order to work efficiently and the progress of the project, after many studies and communication, the operation plan for simultaneous operation and alternate lifting of sintered steel structure and belt cooling was decided.

Starting from receiving the installation task, we organize personnel to formulate work plans, process and manufacture machine heads and gantry frames, bulk bins, dust hoppers and other components, strictly control the operation connection procedures, and can first group the entire hoisting as much as possible, and strictly control the hoisting Operation takes up time and reduces internal process interference. The installation staff overcome the objective challenges of heavy workload and urgent tasks, hoisting the parts that need to be hoisted as much as possible at one time, and then adjust them in place later. The efficient operation of all personnel is only for the smooth completion of installation tasks.

At 8 o'clock in the morning on November 13, 2017, two large flues and bulk bins were installed at the rear of the sintering machine. The installation work surface was deployed within a range of less than 9 meters wide and 60 meters long. The 6-meter large flue was installed between the 25-meter three-section steel structure gantry, and the 6-meter-long bulk silo was installed. On the steel structure frame 12 meters high before 35 meters, due to the small construction site, personnel cannot be fully deployed, especially when there are many high-altitude operations and the work is very difficult. According to the actual situation on site, our operators are divided into two teams to transfer and hoist components such as large flues and bulk bins. After 9 hours of uninterrupted work, the installation task was successfully completed. Even though the unfavorable factors such as the large gap of the bulk silo installation plate took a lot of time for the operators, everyone still worked together to successfully complete the hoisting operation. Under the leadership of Wang Xiaozhan and Liang Guoyong's project manager, the installation work was carried out step by step in a clear order. At the same time, in order not to affect the progress of the project, the subsequent adjustments and installations are all gradually installed in place through jacks and reverse chain operations.

Through the joint efforts of our project staff, we finally overcame many difficulties and completed the installation of the two main components of the sintering tail section. At the moment when the final adjustment is in place, the faces of the employees are full of joy. The new components of Hua Deng are so solid and tall in the steel frame!

After this installation task, it has fully demonstrated the unity and cooperation ability of the Maike people. The team of "calling is coming, coming is going to fight, and fighting is going to win" the team is worthy of its name!
